Ernest Hemingway BBQ Sauce Gift Box is a set of three sauces from the Flavors of Ernest Hemingway’s Collection. We have included The Havana BBQ Sauce, The Pilar, and The Hunt BBQ Sauce. Each sauce contains a Hemingway story as well as geographical location that connects the flavor with the literary icon.

The Havana- Bold Latin inspired herbs &  spices creating a sweet savory sauce with a little bite. This sauce conjures up the timeless flair & spice of Hemingway’s days in Havana, Cuba.

The Pilar- The Pilar is a deep, rich BBQ sauce infused with Papa Pilar’s Dark Rum. Inspired by Hemingway’s boundless travels on his beloved boat, ‘The Pilar” this robust sauce is slightly sweet with hints of the deep, rich taste of rum.

The Hunt- This unique sauce contains exotic spices with the sweetness of pear and mandarin oranges with a peppery tomato base. Based on Hemingway’s safaris in Tanzania
