Island Jerk Marinade

The spices of the Caribbean are used to compliment your choices of chicken, pork and seafood. Our Island Jerk marinade is a mix of many exotic spices that we use in a blend of soy sauce and lemon. Our marinades do all of the work for you. The recipe is in the bottle!

To prepare, pour the marinade in a bowl or a resealable bag. The meat/protein is then added to the marinade and allowed to sit for at least 30 minutes or up to several hours, depending on the desired intensity of flavor. During this time, the flavors infuse into the protein, resulting in a delicious and well-seasoned final dish.
